1. Overview
At ZOS Digital Marketing, we provide digital marketing, web design, SEO, and related services. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made are subject to the terms outlined below.
By hiring our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Before Project Initiation
Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of payment, provided the project has not started. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting transaction or administrative charges.
b) After Project Initiation
Once work has commenced (including strategy planning, research, design drafts, SEO setup, ad campaign setup, etc.), cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
c) Monthly Services (SEO / Social Media / Ads Management)
- Clients must provide 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle to cancel recurring services.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing month once work has started.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and intangible nature of services:
- No refunds will be issued for completed work.
- No refunds will be issued for partially completed monthly services.
- No refunds will be issued for strategy consultation or audit services once delivered.
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Website design & development (after design approval)
- SEO setup and optimization work
- Paid advertising setup fees
- Content creation and video editing services
- Domain name & hosting purchases
- Third-party tool subscriptions
5. Performance Disclaimer
Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors including:
- Market competition
- Industry trends
- Platform algorithm changes
- Ad budgets
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or ROI unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Refund requests will not be considered if:
- Required information or approvals were delayed by the client
- The client failed to provide necessary access (website, hosting, social accounts, ad accounts)
- The client independently altered campaigns during active service
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal recovery of service fees
- Restriction from future services
